The fee will be discussed during your initial session. However, we provide a sliding scale fee for clients who:
- Do not have insurance, or
- Have a high deductible that has not been met

Blue Cross Blue Shield, MA, Medicare, PreferredOne, South Country Health Alliance, and UCare.
We accept other insurances, such as HealthPartners, Cigna, Medica, etc. out of network.
Please contact your insurance carrier and get the answers to the following questions:
- Is mental health care included in my insurance coverage?
- Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?
- Do I have a co-pay?
We also provide EAP services. Please check with your Human Resources to find out if your EAP is contracted with Hope Village, LLC.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, if you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will have to bill you for an entire session, because we are unable to schedule another client for the session you missed.
